Next Generation! Bordeaux 2.0

Rediscover Bordeaux Wines

 

Next Generation! Bordeaux 2.0 Rediscover Bordeaux wines is a month-long campaign introducing the Next Generation wine – crémant, white, rosé and easy drinking red - to consumers. The wines are fun, delicious and great to enjoy with meals and friends.

In addition, CIVB is also running a Rediscover Bordeaux wines Pop Up Store from 17 November to 16 December in the newly launched Central Market in Central where guests can learn, enjoy, and purchase Next Generation Bordeaux wines.

波爾多美酒節為期一個月，向消費者推介一系列新世代波爾多葡萄酒，當中包括氣泡酒、白酒、桃紅酒及適合日常飲用的紅酒。 這些葡萄酒既有趣又美味，非常適合與朋友和朋友一起享用。

此外，波爾多葡萄酒行業協會還將於 11 月 17 日至 12 月 16 在新開業的中環街市開設Rediscover Bordeaux wines快閃店，提供獨特的快閃零售和葡萄酒吧體驗，顧客可以在那裡學習、享用和購買新世代波爾多葡萄酒。

香港首間德國葡萄酒體驗館去年登陸銅鑼灣潮流熱點Fashion Walk，為城中熱話。為慶祝年度 Riesling Weeks 2022，Vinothek Berlin 今年六月重回 Fashion Walk，以繽紛色彩的柏林街頭藝術作主題，並帶來更多德國葡萄酒、地道及時令食品，潮流文化和體驗！
 
Vinothek Berlin, the first German wine experience pop-up store, debuted at Fashion Walk last year with great fanfare. 白蘆筍是德國時令美食，於4月中旬至6月底採收。 與釀酒葡萄相類似，最好的白蘆筍是生長在清涼氣候, 較長的成熟期令其味道更細膩。 Vinothek Berlin 專程空運在德國北部下薩克森州的一個家庭經營農場種植的新鮮白蘆筍到港，並搭配德國佳釀。

White asparagus is a German delicacy grown between mid April and end of June. Similar to wine grapes, the best white asparagus is grown in cool climate with long ripening season to develop the delicate flavour. Vinothek Berlin will fly in fresh white asparagus grown in a family-run farm in Lower Saxony in northern Germany, and pair it with German wine.

今年Vinothek Berlin有超過100款德國美酒，包括德國最標誌的Riesling，有起泡酒、乾身、微甜及甜酒，Pinot 三寶 (Pinot Blanc、Pinot Gris及Pinot Noir)；Silvaner、Gewürztraminer、Dornfelder等多個葡萄、更有國際級的Chardonnay和Sauvignon Blanc。除葡萄酒外、亦有德國手工Gin和Liqueur地道汽水及蘋果汁，美食包括德國火腿、芝士、肉醬、特色麵包及小食。還有 Zwiesel 酒杯、精美葡萄酒肥皂等各式生活用品。
 
Mosel 酒莊 Weingut Peter Lauer 以其由 Riesling 釀造的陳年 Sekt（以傳統方法製成的起泡酒）聞名。 我們很高興展示他的兩款首次在香港上市的起泡酒：Grand Reserve Sekt Brut Nature 1984 和 Grand Reserve Brut 2002。

Vinothek Berlin features over 100 wine including German signature Riesling that ranges from sparkling, dry to half dry and sweet wine; Pinot Trio (Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir), German varieties Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, Dornfelder as well as international varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. In addition to wine, there are also hand-crafted gin and liqueur, German soft drink and apple juice. Edibles include German ham, cheese, pate, bread and typical snacks. Zwiesel wine glasses and wine infused soap gift sets are just some of the lifestyle products on offer.
 
Mosel Weingut Peter Lauer is renowned for its aged sekt (sparking wine made in traditional method) made from Riesling. We are thrilled to showcase two of his wines: Grand reserve Sekt Brut Nature 1984 and Grand Reserve Brut 2002, both first time release in Hong Kong.

Joining the annual French gastronomic festival, “Le French GourMay”, Bubble Wonderland will continue to bring an array of tasty French wine and food to the festive weeks from mid-April to early May. We have new collections of wine ranging from famous Champagne region, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône Valley, Loire Valley and more… Come to experience wines from these great regions of France. 

Bubble Wonderland, a concept pop up at Fashion Walk combining wine and gourmet experience. Enjoy the bubbles and learn more about popular sparkling wine from around the world, including Champagne from France, Franciacorta and Prosecco from Italy, Cava from Spain, Cap Classique from South Africa as well as other quality sparkling wine from America, England, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

“Bubble Wonderland”, the largest sparkling wine pop-up store in Hong Kong would be opened in Hong Kong’s most vibrant lifestyle district and shopping mecca Fashion Walk from March 19 to April 18. The one-month exhibition would be featuring sparkling wines from around the world. Highlights include experience and activities that visitors would be enjoying and learning more stories and knowledge about the delicious sparkling wines coming from the most prestigious regions of the world.
