On Thursday 3 May, Le Bistro WInebeast is delighted to host the famed Domaine Parent from Pommard – Côte d’Or, over a 5-course menu at HK$658 + 10% service charge per person. Anne Parent will be there to share with guests her experience of perpetuating a family tradition dating back to the 17th century.
