今年5月，香檳氣泡酒體驗館「Sparkling Summer」載譽歸來，滿足一眾酒迷的「泡泡」慾！聖誕將近，在十二月舉行的Champagne Festival經過三年，將再度回歸，今年聯乘人氣日本酒體驗館Ippinkan逸品館提早登陸銅鑼灣Fashion Walk，在十一月為大家帶來最大滿足 ！今次除咗最精彩嘅法國香檳，環球優秀氣泡酒，包括日本、法國、美國、意大利等精彩氣泡酒，還有氣泡清酒。大家最喜愛嘅香檳/氣泡酒工作坊將會繼續由香檳專家分享。不能錯過，購物更有機會獲得Champagne Festival門票，在十二月跟朋友共聚香檳好時光。

Back to May, the successful “Sparkling Summer” pop-up enjoyed great popularity with loads of champagne and sparkling wine. In the coming December before Christmas, we have the “Champagne Festival” coming back after 3 years. A collaborative pop-up will be setup at Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay again to bring more great bubbles from around the world. Highlight would be a huge varieties of Champagne and sparkling wine from different regions, e.g. Japan, France, USA, Italy, etc… There will also be some sparkling sake, which has became quite popular. Popular champagne/ sparkling workshop will continue with experts sharing their thoughts on all these sparkling wine. Shoppers at the pop-up will have a chance to win tickets of the Champagne Festival too, come visit the pop store now!

大酒瓶，多樂趣！過百款氣泡酒 親嚐氣泡文化趣味
是次體驗館選址銅鑼灣京士頓街兩層地鋪，場內展出超過100款氣泡酒以供選購，Shopping List 包括：經典的法國Champagne（香檳）、來自意大利的Franciacorta、Prosecco、南非Cap Classique、日本的氣泡酒等等，總有一款合你心意。此外，館內展出多款大size香檳，Magnum1.5L，Jeroboam 3L酒款，最適合一班人慶祝派對，特別開心！當中有不少小農香檳，以特級田或一級田的葡萄釀造，是當今最備受追捧的精品香檳酒莊。

Large Bottle, much more fun! over 100 sparkling wine, understand the bubble culture 
With more than 100 items at the pop-up store, you could pick up some delicious sparkling wine from around the world: classic champagne, Franciacorta and Prosecco from Spain, Cap Classique from South Africa, sparkling wine and Sparkling sake from Japan. Besides, there will be showcase of large format champagne, Magnum (1.5L) or even 3L Jeroboam (3L) bottles where you could pick and pop right away. Grower champagne is also another feature that is sought after nowadays, they are boutique, quality small producers which made champagne from top premier cru and grand cru vineyards.

Masterclasses

我們請來本地葡萄酒專家跟大家分享品酒樂趣，每節約為45分鐘。主題將包括：氣泡酒、香檳等等。每節大師導嘗班除了由品酒專家分享介紹3-4款佳釀外，同時包括指定香檳一瓶。

We have also invited local wine experts to share their experience in tasting these great wines, including champagne, sparkling, etc. All masterclasses includes tasting of 3-4 wines. A bottle of champagne is bundled with the class.

Every participant is entitled a bottle of complimentary bottle of champagne, wine or else.
