Super Tuscan Ornellaia wine dinner in Pierre

Ornellaia was established by Marchese Lodovico Antinori of the Antinori family in 1981. Ornellaia is an Italian wine producer in the DOC Bolgheri in Toscana, known as a producer of Super Tuscan wine and considered one of Italy’s leading Bordeaux-style red wines.
Mr. Patrick Lachapèle, Area Manager of Asia-Pacific will be in attendance as guest speaker and has selected some great vintages for this fantastic dinner.
The wines will be perfectly paired with a six-course dinner menu created by Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Chef de Cuisine Jacky Tauvry.
