On Wednesday 25 October 2017 at 7.00pm, Le Bistro Winebeast is having a Sweet Bordeaux Wine Tasting Dinner hosted by representatives of Sweet Bordeaux Wine Board and winemakers from 3 wineries with 5 tasting Glasses at $458 + 10%.
Frapa: Home Made Foie Gras au Torchon, green apple, home made brioche / Loupiac, Château Ségur du Cros 2015
Starter: Smoked Sardine, green mango and Granny Smith apple julienne, salmon roe / Loupiac, Château Loupiac-Gaudiet 2015
First Main: Pan-fried Scallops, smoked haddock emulsion / Sauternes, Château Lieutenant de Sigalas 2015
