CHAMPAGNE POMMERY Wine Dinner Tasting

On Wednesday 6 September 2017 at 7.00pm, Le Bistro Winebeast is having a Champagne Pommery Wine Tasting Dinner hosted by Mr. Bourrut Lacouture with 4 Glasses (6cl each) of Champagne Pommery at $598 + 10%.
GIFT: All guests will receive 1 bottle of Pommery Pop (20cl) each.
Frapas: Crostini of Grilled Polmard Beef Sausage, eggplant roll / Brut Royal Magnum
Starter: Marinated Salmon, nori seaweed, green asparagus, salmon roe, green apple / Rosé Brut Royal
Main Course: French Guinea Fowl, pan-fried foie gras, slices of fresh summer truffes, autumn vegetables / Pommery cuvée Louise 2004
