A new ideao of Tasting Dinner to discover the best of Chinese Fine Dining paired with unique artisanal wines from the best terroirs in Italy.



Join us in this new wine dinner at Ming Court, 2 Michelin Stars and recognized by
the Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide since 2009.


For this special dinner we chose 6 different version of Sangiovese, one of the most elegant and versatile native grape of Italy.


Sangiovese from Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, Rose;,100% Pure Sangiovese, Chianti and Super Tuscan paired with Ming Court’s Signature recipes.
